Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
• Oversee reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation
• Support audits, compliance requirements, and internal control processes
• Manage, mentor, and develop accounting team members
• Enhance reporting processes, systems, and internal controls
• Provide variance analysis and financial insights to leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience required
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
