Accounting Manager

About the role

We partner with operators across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail to provide expertise in every core business discipline: legal and regulatory compliance, accounting and financial planning, business analytics, marketing, staffing, human resources, SOP licensing, and technology development.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, law, science, etc.) - Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field - Strong understanding of cannabis industry regulations and compliance - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience in human resources management - Familiarity with cannabis industry-specific software and tools
