About the role
We partner with operators across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail to provide expertise in every core business discipline: legal and regulatory compliance, accounting and financial planning, business analytics, marketing, staffing, human resources, SOP licensing, and technology development.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and support in legal and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with financial planning and analysis to ensure operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth.
- Manage marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Oversee human resources functions to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Ensure compliance with SOP licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance technology initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the cannabis industry.
- Proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Knowledge of cannabis industry best practices and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
