About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in legal and regulatory compliance, accounting and financial planning, business analytics, marketing, staffing, human resources, SOP licensing, and technology development.
• Work side-by-side with executives, consultants, and entrepreneurs who have built some of the most successful cannabis operations in the country.
• Gain exposure to multiple areas of the industry, expand your skills faster than you would at a single employer, and build a career that can grow as fast as the market itself.

Requirements

• Strong background in relevant fields such as business, finance, law, or related disciplines.
• Experience in cannabis industry preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to making a lasting impact in the cannabis industry.

Qualifications

• Education in business, finance, law, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry.
