About the role
Minnesota Cannabis Services is a full-service professional consulting and staffing firm dedicated to building the next generation of cannabis businesses — and the people who power them. We partner with operators across cultivation, manufacturing, distribution, and retail to provide expertise in every core business discipline: legal and regulatory compliance, accounting and financial planning, business analytics, marketing, staffing, human resources, SOP licensing, and technology development.
Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in legal and regulatory compliance, accounting and financial planning, business analytics, marketing, staffing, human resources, SOP licensing, and technology development.
- Work side-by-side with executives, consultants, and entrepreneurs who have built some of the most successful cannabis operations in the country.
- Gain exposure to multiple areas of the industry, expand your skills faster than you would at a single employer, and build a career that can grow as fast as the market itself.
Requirements
- Strong background in relevant fields such as business, finance, law, or related disciplines.
- Experience in cannabis industry preferred but not required.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for innovation and a commitment to making a lasting impact in the cannabis industry.
Qualifications
- Education in business, finance, law, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing industry.
