Who We're Seeking

Join our finance team as an Accounting Manager, where you'll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting reporting and budget processes, and leading payroll operations. This is an in-person position based at our Barre, VT office. This position offers the opportunity to work across departments, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems.

Your Responsibilities

As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:

  • Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare investment schedules, maintain fixed asset schedules, and support budgeting.
  • Supervise payroll and accounts payable operations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
  • Support external audits and provide financial insights to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
  • Valid driver's license.
