Senior Account Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish)

As a Multi-Tenant Account Sales Representative, you will prospect within your territory to identify and build relationships with local property managers and leasing agents to sell the power of our residential solutions for use at their properties.
Responsibilities
- Sell Spectrum products and services to individuals living in multi-dwelling units (MDU) properties with 50+ doors through door-to-door solicitation, lobby events, and by building strong relationships with property managers
- Generate incremental revenue from existing customers by adding new/additional services
- Respond to customer problems and complaints according to established company policy; follow through to ensure issues are satisfactorily resolved
- Maintain a well-informed knowledge base of competitors’ activities throughout your assigned territory; inform management of any changing competitive pricing programs or marketing directions
- Attend and actively contribute to sales meetings and training programs
- Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to support sales activities in a manner consistent with quality control guidelines, including dispositions, sales orders, and sales reporting
- Collect and account for funds and provide receipts according to Company policies and guidelines
Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in sales or customer experience
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standards
- A high school diploma or equivalent work experience
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cold call sales skills, persuasion, and clear communication skills
- Ability to travel (including during inclement weather) to and from assigned territories and company facilities using a reliable personal vehicle
- Familiarity with computer operating systems, a myriad of consumer and commercial communications devices (e.g., PDAs, smartphones, routers, modems, converters, and wireless devices), and computer software applications
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record within Company required standards
Skills
- Knowledge of communications technologies and services, with an emphasis on data networking fundamentals
- Experience with consumer education of products and services
- Success in a previous sales position, prospecting or cold calling; direct sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)

Schedule
Spends approximately 80% of time in outside environment for extended periods of time in any season with potential exposure to inclement weather. Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds for 20 - 30 feet (digital boxes, etc.). Exposure to moderate noise levels. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Variable hours: may include weekends, holidays, and split days off.
