Senior Account Manager- HVAC

About the role

Stark Tech is seeking a Senior Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships while driving sales growth. As a trusted advisor, you will provide intelligent-building expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and collaborate with internal teams to generate and develop leads.

Responsibilities

• Establish initial contact with clients, schedule sales calls, and follow up on leads based on account type.
• Develop tailored sales strategies to meet client needs.
• Ensure service agreements meet contractual obligations and accounts receivables remain current.
• Estimate costs, create proposals, and present strategic plans to enhance client systems.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate service agreements.
• Act as a project manager for smaller-scale installations.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent related work experience required.
• 10+ years of Account Manager experience required.
• Previous experience with Building Technology Systems essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM.

Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required).
• Technical sales experience (a plus).
• Plan and Spec fundamentals (a plus).

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $76,865–$102,487 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location. Individual compensation is determined based on experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions. This position is also eligible for commission and/or incentive compensation based on individual performance and applicable plan terms.
