Senior Account Manager - Commercial HVAC

Control Associates is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead sales growth in the New York tri-state area commercial HVAC market. With over 90 years of experience, we are an Emerson partner delivering high-quality HVAC solutions to demanding customers.

Responsibilities

• Own and expand customer relationships across the NYC tri-state commercial HVAC market
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that grow our portfolio within named accounts
• Nurture relationships with key decision makers, influencers, and stakeholders
• Create winning pursuit strategies for complex opportunities
• Leverage consultative selling to deliver solutions that solve real customer challenges
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines using CRM tools
• Conduct regular onsite client visits throughout the tri-state area
• Network proactively to identify new opportunities and expand market presence

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven sales success in a competitive environment
• 3+ years in commercial HVAC or industrial sales
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and goals
• Demonstrated ability to interface with and influence decision makers
• Experience working in team environments while driving individual results

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a technical discipline (Engineering concentration preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Advanced Excel
• CRM experience required (ERP experience highly preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

Pay

Base salary range for this role is $130K- $160K with bonus potential.

Schedule

Regular travel throughout the NYC tri-state area is required. Work visa sponsorship is not available.
