What You’ll Do
- Manage and expand a book of enterprise/strategic accounts
- Own executive relationships and day-to-day account leadership
- Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion revenue
- Build and execute strategic account plans
- Partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Delivery to deliver outcomes
- Ensure strong onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value
- Monitor account health, forecast revenue, and keep CRM current
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise/strategic account management
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value relationships
- Strong track record in renewals and expansion conversations
- Executive presence + excellent stakeholder management
- Comfortable cross-functionally in fast-paced teams
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Compensation
- Commission-based, tied to renewals and account growth
- Base or draw may be available depending on experience
