What You’ll Do

  • Manage and expand a book of enterprise/strategic accounts
  • Own executive relationships and day-to-day account leadership
  • Drive renewals, upsells, and expansion revenue
  • Build and execute strategic account plans
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Analytics, and Delivery to deliver outcomes
  • Ensure strong onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value
  • Monitor account health, forecast revenue, and keep CRM current

Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise/strategic account management
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-value relationships
  • Strong track record in renewals and expansion conversations
  • Executive presence + excellent stakeholder management
  • Comfortable cross-functionally in fast-paced teams
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

Compensation

  • Commission-based, tied to renewals and account growth
  • Base or draw may be available depending on experience
