Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify leads within your territory using cold-calling, partner-selling, and social selling techniques.
  • Consult with customers to understand their business challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Manage and retain existing customer relationships, coordinating with support partners to educate customers on innovative solutions.
  • Present multi-product solution opportunities confidently, demonstrating a deep understanding of wireless and mobility products, cloud, security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms.
  • Track and report progress using sales force automation tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Four or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
  • Experience in business-to-business or outside sales, including business acquisition and prospecting/cold calling.
  • Strong presentation skills in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships with all levels of client organizations.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong desire to win and close deals.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Preferred qualifications include: degree (Associates or Bachelor's), certifications, or college courses in technology sales, SaaS sales, CRM, or similar fields.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Knowledge of wireless and mobility products and groundbreaking integrated software solutions.
  • Proficiency in sales force automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a mobile working model with travel within your assigned geographic sales territory.

Pay

The salary range for the Illinois location(s) listed on this job requisition is $53,000.00 - $92,000.00. This is an incentive-based position with the potential to earn more.

Schedule

Primary work from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to a Verizon location for in-person training and meetings. Scheduled weekly hours are 40.
