Senior Account Manager - AEC

Key Responsibilities: Build and deepen client relationships, understand customer needs and decision-making processes, articulate solution value, and execute sales strategies. Lead account strategies through collaboration and knowledge sharing. Engage in visual storytelling and negotiation at all organizational levels to secure opportunities and meet revenue targets. Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years in enterprise sales, consulting, or program management within the AEC space. Strong understanding of GIS, Esri solutions, and industry trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills. Ability to manage complex sales cycles, develop growth strategies, and work independently. Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business, or related field; master’s preferred. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
