Senior Account Executive, Healthcare Communications

Position Summary

We’re growing and looking for a Senior Account Executive (SAE) to provide day-to-day delivery of account work for our healthcare & pharma clients. As a digitally forward agency, we’re looking for curious, adaptable team members who are excited to help shape the future of communications.

Responsibilities

• Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room account leadership, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases.
• Providing on-site support to clients when needed and interacts with the client frequently.
• Delivering an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team members.
• Implementing plans, providing thoughtful analysis, creating and delivering updates and progress reports, as well as providing support as needed around development of PR plans outlining objectives, strategies and tactics.

Credentials & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience, preferably with a PR agency or in corporate communications role.
• Strong experience in healthcare and preferably FDA regulatory communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism or a related field.

Pay Range

The annual salary range for this position reflects the current compensation banding for the role. The actual salary offered will depend on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skills, education and internal equity. We also offer rewarding benefits that reflect the needs of our team and what’s most important to them.
