Senior Account Director - Adtech/Martech
Location: New York - Remote
Travel: Required for client meetings, industry events and team engagements

Following continued growth, the company is expanding its US sales team and is looking for a commercially driven, solutions-focused sales professional with a strong track record and an established network across US B2B marketing teams.

We are seeking a Senior Account Director to support the company's continued growth across the US market. You will focus on generating new business, expanding strategic client relationships and driving revenue across enterprise and mid-market B2B brands and agencies. What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling to US B2B marketing teams
- Strong understanding of the B2B marketing and advertising ecosystem
- Established relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market client accounts
- A successful track record of closing complex, high-value deals and delivering consistent revenue growth
- Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans involving multiple stakeholders
Responsibilities
- A proactive, new-business-focused approach with the ability to begin prospecting and building pipeline immediately
- Identify and target high-value accounts, presenting tailored solutions aligned with their business needs
- Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, including cross-selling and upselling additional products and services
- Strong awareness of industry trends, market developments and competitor activity
- Prepare customised proposals, presentations and contracts for clients and agencies
- Lead commercial negotiations and close mutually beneficial deals
- Collaborate with marketing, product development and customer success teams
- Track sales performance, client reporting and market feedback skills
- Accurate pipeline management, forecasting and sales reporting
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and client meetings
