About the role

As a Selling Center Design Specialist (SCDS) you will serve as the liaison between Home Depot, its customers, and Tuff Shed. You will work on‑site at a single Home Depot store, selling Tuff Shed buildings, building relationships with store leaders and associates, managing the sales pipeline, driving sales growth, providing design consultation, leveraging employee and customer traffic for leads, planning and attending weekend events, updating customer interactions in the CRM tool, training Home Depot associates on products, and maintaining display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the liaison between Home Depot, customers, and Tuff Shed.
  • Sell Tuff Shed buildings to Home Depot customers at an assigned store.
  • Build relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates to generate leads and sales.
  • Manage the sales pipeline: generate, track, and report new customer leads.
  • Drive sales growth and provide exceptional design consultation services.
  • Leverage store employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend weekend events at the Home Depot store.
  • Use the CRM tool to update customer interactions and next steps.
  • Train Home Depot associates on Tuff Shed products.
  • Maintain display sheds for presentation and cleanliness.

Requirements

  • Ability to work weekends is a must.
  • Self‑directed with the ability to work independently and build relationships.
  • Customer service experience is a big plus.
  • Competitive drive.
  • Ability to listen to customers and address their needs.
  • Proven computer skills and aptitude to learn new software such as CRM systems.

Pay

Hourly rate plus eligibility for earned commissions, with possible earnings ranging from $45,000 to $60,000.
