Seller Technology Representative
About the Role
The Seller Engagement Division is seeking a Seller Technology Representative Senior to work directly with a group of assigned lenders, managing their operational needs related to integrations with Freddie Mac. This role involves establishing relationships with lenders to provide responsible lending technology solutions and managing a portfolio of customers within one of the division's pods, which may span multiple products and/or vendor technologies.
Our Impact
The Seller Engagement Team consists of six pods (geographic state distributions) across two divisions (East and West). Each pod supports approved lenders in their assigned states, ensuring Freddie Mac helps clients maximize operational efficiency, lower origination costs, deliver quality loans, and leverage technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer and industry trends, as well as Freddie Mac’s strategic objectives and technology solution roadmap.
- Partner with your POD/Division to facilitate the transition from technology sales to integration.
- Conduct detailed process reviews to map, embed, and optimize the assimilation of new tools and functionality into the customer experience and process.
- Collaborate with customers and vendors to develop formal implementation plans, including key success metrics and milestones.
- Ensure successful system integration testing and verification; create and/or update system integration specifications, data standards, forms, design documents, and test cases.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal business partners to ensure product adoption.
- Translate learnings and feedback into improvement opportunities for both technology solutions and integration processes.
- Deliver against stated objectives (both internal and external/customer).
- Monitor and report on all integration efforts and outcomes.
Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of related professional experience.
- Primary (lender) mortgage market experience highly preferred.
- Prior experience implementing technology solutions with lenders (with lender as customer).
- Detailed understanding of the lender mortgage origination process/environment.
- Technical knowledge related to technology platforms, infrastructure, and data.
- Strong facilitation and project management skills.
- Experience implementing mortgage-related technology solutions.
Keys to Success
- Strong knowledge of Freddie Mac tools and technology solutions.
- Strong knowledge of secondary mortgage market fundamentals.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with attention to detail and polish.
Pay
This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $152,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on factors such as the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity, and other relevant qualifications.
