Security/Transportation Supervisor

About the role

As a Security/Transportation Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of our transportation and security services, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will manage a team of transportation and security staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the transportation and security services, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies
• Manage a team of transportation and security staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure the safety and security of residents, staff, and the facility
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports and staff evaluations
• Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services to ensure effective response to emergencies

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1+ year of experience in a security or transportation supervisory role; experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
