The Security Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of security officers, processes providing security, and ensuring a safe environment while protecting guests, team members, and Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia assets.

Where You'll Make an Impact

• Supervise programs, processes, and procedures to ensure the protection of Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia assets, including the safety and security of guests and team members.
• Communicate and implement department procedures in accordance with directors and internal controls.
• Assist in developing and implementing Security Department training.
• Investigate incidents and/or guest complaints, compiling data for accurate reports to the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board and department heads.
• Completes and investigates first reports on injuries.
• Provides input and assists with the preparation of performance reviews of officers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read and understand memos.
• Good public relations skills.
• Knowledge of state gaming regulations and legal documents for identification.
• Knowledge of required OSHA regulations.
• First Responders certification preferred.

A Few Must Haves

• One (1) to Three (3) years' experience in Security or Law Enforcement as a lead or supervisor.
• A two (2) - year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.
