Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor position at Securitas Security Services involves supervising Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel at client sites. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with post orders, completing rounds, filing reports, coaching and disciplining personnel, training new hires, inspecting posts, and maintaining communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Notifies proper authorities and clients in emergency situations.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel.
• Reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• Meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintains coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates.
• Meets with client representatives as needed.
• Performs duties of a Security Officer if necessary.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent within 6 months.
• Above average computer and technology skills.
• Impeccable customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid and effective judgment.

$21.00 per hour.
