Security Supervisor

About the role

The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing security operations within the facility, ensuring compliance with all safety protocols, and managing staff to maintain a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security activities including patrols, surveillance, and incident response.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Manage and train security personnel to ensure they are competent in their roles.
• Conduct regular security audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents as required, coordinating with law enforcement if necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security Studies, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory security role.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of security systems and emergency response protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay

$80,000 - $90,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
