Location: Herndon, Virginia (Onsite)

About the role

This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting activities. The selected individual will use experience and judgment to plan and achieve goals while performing a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview potential candidates.
• Conduct reference checks for prospective employees.
• Formulate and extend job offers.
• Lead orientation sessions for new hires.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• May lead and direct the work of other recruiting staff.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Familiarity with recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications

Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.
