About the role

This role involves recruiting, interviewing, checking references, making offers, and conducting orientation for new employees. The position requires performing exit interviews and processing changes to employee status. The successful candidate will rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals while performing a variety of tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and check references for potential candidates.
• Extend offers of employment and conduct orientation for new hires.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes in employee status.
• Utilize experience and judgment to plan and achieve recruitment goals.
• Perform a variety of recruitment-related tasks.
• May lead and direct the work of other recruiting staff.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in a related area may be required.
• Experience: This position requires 5–8 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Skills: Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures is necessary.
