Security Site Supervisor - College Campus Residences

About the role

BSG offers a variety of security services including patrol, onsite agents, executive protection, training programs, investigations, and global security operations center (GSOC) support. We also provide team excellence initiatives, agent selection processes, training and development programs, leadership opportunities, media engagement, and community involvement through giving back efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure safety and security in various locations.
• Provide executive protection services to high-profile individuals and organizations.
• Manage and conduct investigations related to security matters.
• Operate and manage the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Support team excellence initiatives and agent selection processes.
• Develop and deliver training and development programs for security personnel.
• Lead and mentor teams to enhance their skills and performance.
• Engage with the media to promote BSG's security services and initiatives.
• Participate in community activities and give back to the local community.

Requirements

BSG seeks candidates with a strong background in security, law enforcement, or related fields. Experience in executive protection, GSOC operations, and leadership roles is preferred. Applicants should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

BSG values diversity and inclusion. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and possess a valid driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not required.
