Security Shift Supervisor - College Campus Residences

About the role

BSG offers comprehensive security services including patrol, onsite agents, executive protection, training programs, investigations, and global security operations center (GSOC) support. We also provide team excellence initiatives, agent selection processes, training and development programs, leadership opportunities, media engagement, and community involvement through giving back initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols to ensure safety and security in various locations.
• Manage onsite agents to provide security and support services.
• Provide executive protection services to high-profile individuals and entities.
• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees.
• Conduct investigations to maintain operational integrity and compliance.
• Operate and manage the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
• Facilitate team excellence initiatives to enhance performance and collaboration.
• Select and develop agents to meet company standards and requirements.
• Implement and maintain training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Maintain leadership roles within the organization to guide and mentor team members.
• Engage with media to promote the company's security services and initiatives.
• Participate in community events and activities to support local organizations and causes.

Requirements

BSG seeks candidates with a strong background in security, law enforcement, or related fields. Experience in executive protection, training, and leadership is preferred. Applicants should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications
