Campus Security Supervisor

Site Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule

• Part Time, Overnight: Sunday and Monday 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (16 hours per week)
• Additional hours available: Thursdays 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM and Fridays 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay

• Overnight Security Supervisor: $21.00 per hour
• Additional Security Guard shifts: $18.00 per hour
• DailyPay available for GardaWorld employees

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of security officers on site
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff
• Monitor security systems and patrols to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats, and guide the team's response
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety and post compliance
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems and procedures to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.
