Security Site Supervisor - School Campus
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
We have Company Overview (could be About the role). We have Responsibilities. We have Qualifications (must Have) and Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have) - could be under Qualifications or Requirements. We have Benefits. We have Pay. No Schedule given, so we should not create Schedule section.
We also have Skills? Could extract from qualifications list: communication, problem solving, etc. But we can put them under Qualifications or Skills. The instruction: Use headings only when posting has real, specific content. We can combine qualifications and skills into one Qualifications section. Or we could have Requirements (must have) and Preferred Qualifications (nice to have). But we need to avoid thin sections. Probably best: About the role (company overview + job description), Responsibilities, Qualifications (must have + preferred), Benefits, Pay.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, closing, requisition ID, etc. Remove those.

But we already have Pay section separate; maybe we should not duplicate pay in About the role. However we need to preserve all substantive information; we can mention pay in About the role but also have Pay section. Might be duplication but okay. Better to keep About the role generic without pay, and then Pay section separate. But we need to preserve all info; we can mention pay only in Pay section. However About the role currently includes pay; we could remove it from there and keep only in Pay. But we need to ensure we don't lose info. So we will keep pay only in Pay section. Thus About the role: company overview and job description basics (full-time, location, supervisory experience, walking/standing, outside, 21+). Also mention "Excellent career advancement opportunities!" maybe part of About the role. Let's craft: About the role: Allied Universal®, North America’s leading security and facility services company, offers rewarding careers that provide you a sense of purpose. We should not include Schedule. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, requisition ID, closing, etc. Let's construct final HTML. Check for any duplicated lines: we need to avoid repeating same bullet points. Let's list responsibilities bullets exactly as in text but maybe shorten? Must preserve all substantive information; we can keep them as is. Responsibilities bullets: - Oversee that all aspects of the security function on-site are performed in a diligent manner (staffing, scheduling, and on-site training all Allied Universal® personnel assigned to his/her site) - Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met - Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS - Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security personnel and their job performance when assigned to his/her shift - Perform other operations and related functions (e.g., payroll, review and maintain incident reports, assist in preparation of security surveys and post orders) - Make recommendations for positive and negative personnel actions for those under his/her direct supervision - Respond to client requests - Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders - Provide direction and instruction to subordinates in regard to the performance of their duties - Disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel - Make productivity and cost reduction recommendations to management - Make recommendations for physical security surveys and post orders - Make recommendations concerning disciplinary action/commendation decisions pertaining to security personnel Qualifications required bullets: - Must be 21 years of age or older - Previous supervisory experience required - Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent - Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing - Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle - Must possess one or more of the following: - Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard - Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets - Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry - Associate's degree or higher in any discipline - Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors - Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public - Effective oral and written communication - Problem solving - Active listening - Assess and evaluate situations effectively; identify critical issues quickly and accurately - Compile, sort, and interpret data - Research, investigate, compile information - Mediate conflict with tact, diplomacy - Write informatively, clearly, and accurately - Teamwork - Attention to detail Preferred qualifications bullet: - Meets basic qualifications for Custom Protection Officer Benefits bullets: - Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions - Schedules that fit with your personal life goals - Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities - Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues and much more - Paid orientation, medical, dental, vision, and 401k for full-time (maybe combine with first bullet but we can keep both; but to avoid duplication we can note that health insurance etc includes medical/dental/vision; but we can keep both as they are distinct: Paid orientation, medical, dental, vision, and 401k for full-time; Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions (some overlap). We could combine but better to keep both as they are separate statements. However to avoid duplication we could merge: Paid orientation, medical, dental, vision, and 401k for full-time; Schedules that fit...; Ongoing paid training...; Employee discounts... That covers all. The "Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions" is essentially covered by medical/dental/vision and 401k. We could keep it but it's redundant. I'd include it as part of benefits but not duplicate. Let's include: Paid orientation, medical, dental, vision, and 401k for full-time; Schedules that fit with your personal life goals; Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities; Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues and much more.
