Security Site Supervisor

Location: Superior, WI

Pay

$28.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (additional hours and occasional weekends as needed)

The Security Site Supervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling various locations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at one or more client sites, ensuring post orders are followed and rounds are completed.
• Notify proper authorities and the client in emergency situations.
• Coach, discipline, and document personnel actions; meet personally with employees as needed.
• Train Security Officers and other staff; review post orders and assignment details with subordinates.
• Coordinate with management to ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepare, file, and submit required reports.
• Inspect posts on schedule and assign tasks and responsibilities to subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to confirm security requirements are met and provide quality customer service.
• Perform duties of a Security Officer in accordance with post orders and company policy when required.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above‑average computer/technology skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
• Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor and rapid, effective judgment in emergencies.
• Willingness to undergo pre‑employment screening, including drug screen, background investigation, UA/BAT testing, and random UA testing.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Prior security, military, or corrections experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Safe driving certification.
