Security Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of security function including staffing, scheduling, and on-site training
• Maintenance of contract-required training and screening elements
• Maintenance of overtime to a minimal or preset requirement
• Quality assurance of service and contract compliance through inspections
• Performance evaluation of security personnel
• Recommendations for personnel actions
• Emergency notification and response
• Direction and instruction to subordinates
• Productivity and cost reduction recommendations
• Physical security survey recommendations
• Disciplinary action/commendation decisions

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass state-required training or qualification for licensing
• Pass state licensing test if driving a company vehicle
• One or more years of supervisory experience in security-related industry
• Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
• At least 18 years old, or higher if required by state law (21 years if armed)
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment
• At least 18 years old, or higher if required by state law (21 years if armed)
• Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications (nice To Have)

• Custom Protection Officer certification
• Experience with radio or telephone equipment
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Experience with incident reporting and data interpretation
• Experience with conflict resolution
• Experience with writing and communication

Pay

$12.59 per hour
