Security Site Supervisor

Title: Site Supervisor Location: Bedford Park, ILPay: $20 per hourEmployment Type: Full-TimeSchedule:Monday & Tuesday 7 am - 3 pm + Wednesday - Friday 6 am - 2 pmTWIC RequiredDaily pay options are available; get paid as soon as the next day The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and passenger safety, enforcing policies, and the development of CGS guards. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to effectively meet their needsSupervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they superviseSupervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and proceduresSupervisors will work closely with their Operations Deputies and Operations ManagerSupervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication Looking for someone who has: The willingness to learn constantlyNot afraid to ask questions to better the guards, company, or themselvesStrong Leadership skillsConfident with the use of Microsoft OfficeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHas the ability to multitaskGood interpersonal skillsIs flexible and possesses quick-thinking skillsThe ability to work well with a team while accomplishing personal goals CGS is looking for someone who has real, prior experience in leadership of several employees.
