Security Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Overseeing employee and site safety
• Enforcing policies
• Developing CGS guards
• Keeping in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service; communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively
• Responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise
• Learning, understanding, and enforcing company policies and procedures
• Working closely with Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations
• Responding in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience
• Active Level 2 Security License
• Valid Driver’s License
• Working smartphone
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.)
• Customer service experience is a plus

Pay

$25 per hour DOE

Daily pay options are available; get paid as soon as the next day

Monday-Friday 10 am - 6 pm
