Responsibilities
- Oversee employee and site safety, enforce policies, and develop CGS guards.
- Keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service, entailing communication with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
- Responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if needed, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
- Learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
- Respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.
- Use of a company vehicle is required.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
- Active Level 2 Security License.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Must possess a working smartphone.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, report writing, etc.).
- Customer service experience is a plus.

- Confident with the use of Microsoft Office.
