Security Site Supervisor - Armed

About the role

The Armed Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The role will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
• Ensure officers receive appropriate training and develop them in both technical and professional skills.
• Communicate staffing needs to the Operation Manager, including using the Requisition process and interviewing quality candidates.
• Affirm that employee grievances are addressed with help from appropriate branch or region HR support.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding licensing and background checks.
• Manage scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management.
• Handle crisis situations at the client site, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for long periods, and climb stairs, ramps, or ladders.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Licenses required are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Able to work occasional overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Intermediate computer skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations professionally.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Ability to communicate staffing needs to the Operation Manager.
• Ability to manage scheduling and billing software.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Pay

$21.30 per hour starting base pay.
