About the role
The Armed Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The role will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
Responsibilities
- Supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
- Act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers.
- Ensure officers receive appropriate training and develop them in both technical and professional skills.
- Communicate staffing needs to the Operation Manager, including using the Requisition process and interviewing quality candidates.
- Affirm that employee grievances are addressed with help from appropriate branch or region HR support.
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding licensing and background checks.
- Manage scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management.
- Handle crisis situations at the client site, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, stand or walk for long periods, and climb stairs, ramps, or ladders.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public.
- Licenses required are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations.
- Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
- Able to work occasional overtime and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to handle crisis situations professionally.
- Intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
- Ability to communicate staffing needs to the Operation Manager.
- Ability to manage scheduling and billing software.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

$21.30 per hour starting base pay.
