Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of an Armed Security Site Supervisor. The Armed Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Armed Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
  • Licenses and certifications required: Active DoD Secret Clearance (C103), Armed Guard Card/License (C135), Concealed Carry Weapons Permit (C121)
  • Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123)

Pay and Benefits

Payrate: $33.30 Per Hour

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance; enrollment in our company’s 401(k) plan; seven holidays annually paid at time and a half, if worked 40 hours; unused vacation is only paid out where required by law
