About the role

As a Security Officer Weekend Patrol Driver with Security Clearance in Clearfield, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Part-Time Security Officer, you can build a schedule that works for you and explore new roles using our Claim a Shift platform. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through clear communication and customer service. Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials as required, assisting with visitor processing and directing individuals in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Schedule

  • Position Type: Part Time
  • Saturday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM
  • Sunday: 06:00 AM – 02:00 PM

Pay

$24.18 / Hour
