Security Officer Patrol Driver Security Clearance

About the role

Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location. Conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns in accordance with post orders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access credentials, visitor activity, and deliveries in accordance with location requirements, and promptly report unauthorized access attempts.
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports while maintaining discretion around sensitive operations and information.

Requirements

• An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
