About the role
Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an innovative manufacturing and industrial location in Santa Ana, CA. Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, observe and report concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations in clear incident reports.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, access points, parking areas, and the site perimeter.
- Monitor restricted areas and report unauthorized access, suspicious activity, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Assist with access control, visitor and contractor procedures, and vehicle monitoring to help deter unauthorized activity.
Requirements
- At least two years of law enforcement, military police, and/or corrections experience.
- Proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Active Department of Defense Top Secret clearance.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Schedule
This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If selected, your schedule will be determined during the hiring, onboarding, and training process based on business needs before your start date.
