About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed - TWIC Access in Brunswick, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as automotive. This part-time, unarmed patrol position involves routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents, and supporting access control and incident reporting. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of vehicle storage areas, processing lanes, parking areas, buildings, access points, and the perimeter to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, documenting observations and reporting concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
• Observe vehicle handling and traffic flow conditions, report hazards or property damage, and support site procedures for key control, restricted-area access, and incident reporting.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• TSA-issued TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required.
• Valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must pass a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• On-site facilities are limited (e.g., portable toilets, rustic guard shacks).

Pay

$17.42 per hour.

Schedule

• Part-time, Day Shift
• Saturday: 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM
• Sunday: 07:00 PM – 07:00 AM
