What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or unauthorized access.
• Monitor entry and exit activity at utility-related facilities, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential hazards.
• Support access control and site operations by completing logs, incident reports, and shift communications, while following post orders and client-directed procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
