What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor processing in accordance with site-specific protocols.
• Support day-to-day operations by observing and reporting suspicious behavior, providing directions and assistance, and communicating clearly with staff, visitors, and/or first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
