Job Description
As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Incident Reporting in Titusville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control activities.
You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and use technology to document observations.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Monitor access points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, maintain required entry records, and report access irregularities in accordance with site policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed by established procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of business areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, unauthorized access, and facility concerns.
- Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and completely using required reporting systems and site procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience is required.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
