About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will drive and conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will respond to security-related concerns, communicate clearly, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly documenting observations and actions taken.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, common areas, and the surrounding property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Pay
$17.93 / hour
Schedule
- Monday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
- Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
