About the role
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor alarm panels, and support a welcoming environment through professional customer service and communication. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; assist with directing guests and reporting unauthorized access concerns.
- Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts, Allied Universal leadership, and responding emergency personnel as needed.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Pay
$21.29 / hour

- Friday: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Saturday: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- Sunday: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
