As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly, and report security-related concerns.

What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and unusual conditions for appropriate follow-up.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders while supporting a welcoming and orderly property environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess 1+ years of security-related experience.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- A guard card/license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
