Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, respond to alarms and security-related incidents, and maintain a visible presence to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile team that values reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, escalating concerns as appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and verify credentials for individuals and vehicles entering restricted and controlled areas.
  • Document patrol findings, access concerns, incidents, and unusual activity through detailed reports and timely communication with Allied Universal and designated site personnel.

Requirements

  • Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

  • Licenses and certifications required vary by state and position.

Skills

  • Customer service experience.
