About the role
As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol Driver in Springdale, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as healthcare. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disruptive behavior, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facility buildings, patient care areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and access-related questions, and report unusual conditions or policy concerns.
- Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
Pay
$18.50 / hour
Schedule
- Thursday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Friday: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- Saturday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- Sunday: 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
