Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access requirements, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established post orders and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and directing guests as needed.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities through clear and timely reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Requirements

• Proof of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Schedule

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeThu 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
