As a Security Officer Unarmed Mobile Patrol in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a utility location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond professionally to concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and utility personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of utility facilities, buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned locations by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and maintaining required entry and visitor records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, hazardous conditions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Pay Rate: $16.94 / Hour

Schedule

• Position Type: Full Time
• Day shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 10:30 AM - 10:30 PM
