About the role

As an Unarmed Security Officer for a commercial real estate location in Roswell, GA, you will drive to conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns with integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts or other security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
  • Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Pay

$17.00 / Hour

Schedule

  • Monday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
  • Friday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
  • Saturday: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
