Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, access control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, processing authorized visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
- Observe inbound and outbound vehicle traffic, coordinate with site personnel regarding authorized shipments and appointments, and report irregularities or unauthorized access attempts.
