About the role
As a Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a caring, agile, reliable, and innovative team that delivers through teamwork and acts with integrity.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, yard, parking, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points, verify visitor and vendor entry requirements, and report unusual conditions according to site procedures.
- Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Requirements
- Possess a TSA-issued TWIC.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Access control and badge experience is preferred.
- CPR certification is preferred.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

$15.50 / Hour

- Friday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- Saturday: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
