Security Officer Unarmed Driver Site Inspection

About the role

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Site Inspection in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in industries such as Retail/Malls and more. This part-time, driving position requires routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents, and supporting a welcoming environment for visitors, tenants, and staff. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location; report suspicious activity, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations according to established procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs, incident documentation, and shift communications.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

$18.75 / Hour

• Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Wednesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
